REGISTRATION IS UNDERWAY for Arts Center’s Summer Clay Classes. The Clay Center is offering an array of beginning and advanced clay classes including Wheel I, Advanced Wheel Throwing, and Hand-built Pottery. Additionally, plan a Date Night in the Clay Center or come in on one of our many Clay Center Open Studio Nights (third Thursdays through August) just to get the feel of the place.

All Arts Center class registrations take place through St. Peter Community and Family Education. Registration for the winter session is available via phone 507-934-3048. Mail to: Community and Family Education, 600 S 5th St., Ste. 207, St. Peter, MN 56082; in person at Community Education offices or drop registration form (in the class list download) in the drop box located in the Community Center near the Fifth St. entrance.

New to the Clay Center…Clay Art Parties
Do you have a birthday or special children’s event to plan?  Consider a Clay Art Party at the Clay Center!  This is also a great activity for Girl and Boy Scout Troops who need to earn their craft badges. 

Our staff has many exciting ways to use clay that are certain to delight and inspire your child! Clay projects can be customized for your particular party. Garden tiles, figurines, and coil-built vases are just a few options available.
